At SwitchKeys, we want to ensure your setup is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused mechanical keyboards, switches, and peripherals. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring that switches are not bent and keycaps are organized to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
