How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For group buy items, please refer to the specific timeline listed on the product page for estimated shipping windows.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium switches and keycaps worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy on mechanical switches?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the switches have not been soldered or modified. Lubed or filmed switches are considered custom items and are non-refundable.
Are your keycaps compatible with my keyboard?
Most of our keycap sets use the standard MX stem, making them compatible with Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, and similar switches. Please check the layout compatibility chart on each product listing.
What happens if I receive a defective PCB?
All PCBs are tested before shipping, but if you encounter an issue, please contact our support team before soldering. Defective units reported within 14 days of arrival are eligible for replacement.
Can I cancel a group buy order?
Group buy orders can be cancelled for a full refund while the buy period is still active. Once the group buy period ends and production begins, we are unable to process cancellations.
